I don’t normally leave reviews but on this occasion I feel compelled to do so. I reached out to Paula a few months ago when I was in a bit of a rut. Without going into too much detail, I hadn’t been myself in months, possibly even years. After a few sessions with Paula I had a completely different outlook on things and it’s all down to her. I would highly recommend Paula to anyone struggling with issues such as anxiety and depression. Thank you once again Paula x

It has taken me a long time to write this review as to find the words for how Tom helped me is extremely difficult. I had an extreme fear of being in a terrorist attack especially in a flying scenario. It affected my life daily and hindered me doing many things. I can say now that Tom has almost completely Eradicated this for me. I definitely recommend the hypnotherapy from him it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.
