There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

I look at everything but not limited to: training history, nutrition, sleep, stress, work environment, home environment, and much more.

I don't work with everyone and will always point you in the right direction if I think someone else would be better suited.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistent training, eating good food 80% of the time, sleeping 7-8+ hours minimum, drinking 2L of water a day, reducing stress, enjoying the process, staying accountable regardless of motivation levels, and having a good support system.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people realise their full potential and achieving their goals. Teaching them what I know and how to implement it in their life is the most rewarding thing to me.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I moved over from Canada in 2015 and started personal training in Hunslet. I had always wanted to work in the fitness industry and had the background to help me do that after graduating college.
