What do you love most about your job?

I know that it can be difficult to talk about your difficulties. I offer a warm approach to make you feel as comfortable as possible. It is a privilege for me to be allowed to be a part of someone’s world.

What inspired you to start your own business?

There is no pressure or expectations to discuss what you need to until you are ready. Trust is a big part of the process allowing you to explore your inner most thoughts and feelings. It is important that you feel safe and supported if therapy is to allow you to achieve your wishes and goals in life.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have a sound knowledge of working within my skill set and competency. I have experience of working with a range of mental health difficulties which includes anxiety, depression, self harm and unwanted/stuck thoughts. If further support is needed I have a good knowledge of referrals and signposting since offering the best service is of the upmost importance to me.
