Welcome to The Tycho Retreat. I’m Toni, a wellbeing and energy medicine practitioner offering a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental space for people who may be experiencing stress, overwhelm, low confidence, periods of change, or simply feel ready to make a positive change in their lives. My approach is personal and individually tailored. I offer Shamanic Energy Medicine, Reiki and Crystal Reiki, Moonology and Wellbeing Mentoring, with sessions available both in person and remotely depending on the service. Before establishing The Tycho Retreat, I spent 18 years as a primary school teacher. My work now brings together that experience of supporting people with extensive training in wellbeing, energy medicine and complementary practices. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and Crystal Reiki Master/Teacher, a certified Moonologer, and have trained in shamanic practice and Andean energy medicine, including my recent training through Dr Alberto Villoldo’s Four Winds. I believe that one of the most valuable things we can give another person is time — time to be heard, to explore what is happening and to consider what they would like to change. You don’t need to know exactly which type of session you need before contacting me. I’m always happy to have a conversation first. The Tycho Retreat is based in Cradley Heath in the West Midlands, with remote sessions also available.
I love giving people the time and space to simply be themselves. Seeing someone begin to recognise their own strengths, release something they’ve been carrying or start to see their life differently is incredibly rewarding. Every person and every session is different, which is one of the things I love most about this work.
After 18 years in primary education, I reached a point where I knew I wanted to work with people in a different way. My own journey of personal development and exploration of energy medicine eventually led me to create The Tycho Retreat — a space where I could combine my experience of supporting others with the practices and approaches that had become so important to me.
I believe finding the right practitioner is a very personal choice. I offer a warm, calm and non-judgemental space where you will be given time to talk, ask questions and be heard.
I bring together many years of experience supporting people with extensive training across energy medicine, Reiki, wellbeing and complementary approaches. Sessions are individually tailored rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Yes. I offer both in-person and remote sessions, depending on the service. Reiki and Shamanic Energy Medicine can both be offered remotely, and I also work online for Moonology and Wellbeing Mentoring.
I have worked remotely with clients both in the UK and internationally. I take the same care in creating a calm, confidential and supportive space online as I do for clients visiting me in person.
I maintain high standards of hygiene within my treatment space, including cleaning the treatment area and equipment between clients. If you are unwell before an appointment, please contact me and we can discuss rearranging your session.
