I offer Shamanic healing, Reiki and Crystal Reiki healing, mental health education programmes and primary academic tuition to support mental health and wellbeing. Through this work I help people to overcome the barriers that may be holding them back in their life or learning. Through my spiritual and emotional support, I will help individuals to heal and teach the skills needed to transform stresses into strengths. Some of the services that I offer are: Shamanic Healing - I offer a range of Shamanic healing sessions which are tailored to the needs of each client. * Power Retrieval: The retrieval of lost power through personal experience or trauma. * Extraction: The removal of an energy attachment. * Soul Retrieval: The retrieval of lost/fractured soul pieces following a traumatic or difficult experience. * Possession Removal: The removal of possessive spirit or energy attachments. To determine the needs of the client I would require a conversation with them prior to the session, and would also connect with the spirit team to find out more information. Reiki and Crystal Reiki Healing at master/teacher degree - Through hands-on, distance or remote Reiki healing techniques, I aim to restore the flow of energy in the body. Reiki healing may help heal physical and emotional problems, including stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and pain. While I am completing the Reiki treatment I can receive spiritual messages to support my clients in their healing process- this is the client's choice though. Reiki and Crystal Reiki professional training - I offer Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki training to all levels. Contact me directly using details on my website and on here. Mindful Mental Health training - Through talking support and mindful techniques I will support you to find ways to manage stress & anxiety. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques - I have an understanding of the techniques of CBT and can help you to find techniques that will help you to overcome difficulties that you may be facing. Primary Academic Tuition - I offer primary academic tuition and have experience of teaching all of the curriculum subjects. I understand the strains that the education system puts on our children and can help your child to overcome any barriers that they are facing. My tutoring sessions are Monday - Friday. I provide a safe space for people to share worries and their healing needs, and will provide the tools to build self-confidence and resilience. I understand the value of alternative healing therapies first hand and am now in a position to share this with others, to help them to move forward on their journey.
I am happy to offer my services in person, online or remotely. I have had good feedback regarding distance Shamanic healing and Reiki healing and am happy to provide this if this is what the client would prefer.
I offer remote services for those who are in need of this.
I have strict hand hygiene regime throughout the treatment. Customers are required to use hand sanitiser when visiting to limit the spread of Covid-19.
All surfaces and treatment bed are cleaned after each treatment. Clients may bring their own blankets to healing sessions should they wish to.

Having a lot going on in my mind I started on the advice of my GP to follow a mindfulness journey. This started with webinars but led me to Kelly and my first reiki session. From the moment I stepped into her wellness / calm space I felt at ease. Having never experience reiki before I didn’t know what to expect. My session left me feeling lighter and I was really able to benefit from the session and slept through the night for the first time in ages. Not only was the reiki fantastic but also Kelly was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed a hot chocolate after so felt that I didn’t have to rush back out into the outside world straight away. Going forward I will be seeing Kelly on a weekly basis and finding out more about the Mindfullness and healing / meditation sessions she offers. I highly recommend her

I experienced a lovely Angelic Reiki session with Sarah, it was my first time experiencing this other form of Reiki and I found the experience very calming & relaxing. I was surprised to hear Sarah's interpretation of my aura fields as well, as I'd been experiencing severe sciatica pain for almost a week prior to the session. Sarah was able to pick up on the stuck energy and help to clear it....after a few days the pain had greatly diminished. Sarah was great at explaining the process which helped make me feel more relaxed, the guided meditation with the session was lovely as well. Thanks again Sarah! I would highly recommend :-)
