What inspired you to start your own business?

I was an entrepreneur at school, then I left to go to Uni & work in Housing. Working my way up to Regional Manager, I loved developing my staff to get promotion. My managers influenced me with their coaching style in the late 80's, so when a chance to do a day release coaching degree level ILM diploma came along I took a deep breath & embraced it. On the course I was inspired to set up a Coaching business which I now run full time , so I can say that I found & followed my passion, something I hope help my coachees to do too. I am also a great advocate of building a great work life balance through my coaching .
