I'd tried Weight Watchers and all that kind of thing and had lost weight but never kept it off and it was always a struggle with the thoughts in my head telling me to eat rubbish. A friend of mine recommended seeing richard at Focused HYpnosis because he had helped her to stop smoking and she said it was worth a try.
I am SO glad that I called him! My life has really changed as a result of hypnosis. I don't fight against myself (and lose!) any more. I am slimmer but I am definitely NOT on a diet. I eat a mixture of things and generally I eat healthily and the right amount for me. Sometimes I have less healthy stuff but it is a lot less often.
The biggest benefit is that the battle in my head is one that I don't really have any more. There is no fight or struggle, just me being in control of my life for the first time in ages.

I worked with several agencies from 2008. However, time restrictions and the narrow criteria in which you can work was not for me. If someone approaches me, for Bereavement for example, if that then turns into a different issue I don't turn them away. I pride myself on being able to adapt to the clients needs.
