From the moment I arrived to my first session I was put at ease, Claire makes you feel seen, heard and valued within minutes of meeting. I've always struggled with anxiety, low self-esteem and self-destruction behaviour, but thanks to Claire I was able to explore these issues in a safe environment, and for the first time I was able to see them in a different way, meaning I could finally start to make progress on my journey. I stared seeing Claire in the weeks leading up to my wedding, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that if it weren't for her support, guidance and warmth, I would not have made it down the aisle! I really cannot thank Claire enough for the invaluable skills and coping mechanisms she has taught me, as well as for helping me believe in myself - thank you so so much Claire, you've really made such a huge impact on my life and I am eternally grateful.
My mission is clear: I am here to help you to reclaim your life. We often find ourselves looking after everyone else, whilst inadvertently neglecting our own well-being. It's time for a change. I want to help you to bounce back. I have created a safe haven where you can finally focus on yourself. No matter what challenges life has thrown your way – be it anxiety, stress, depression, self-destructive habits, relationship turmoil, the quest for purpose, navigating grief, or seeking to enhance self-esteem and confidence – I am here to offer you unwavering support.

Everyone come to Deborah's class every Monday. Pregnancy aside, I'm a stone lighter, sleep better and my bad knee is no longer bad! It also inspired me to do my own kundalini practice for conscious pregnancy which enabled me to have a short and relatively painless labour.
Suitable for anyone to do and we focus on raising kundalini energy and working in harmony with our chakras. It's spiritual but not religious and honours our own creative and restorative powers. Lots of lovely kriyas and meditations. We are a very welcoming and friendly class of all abilities and ages. If you're thinking of starting yoga or just want to chill out whilst getting fitter then I highly recommend it!

FastForward Anxiety Reframing Therapy, (ART), is a result of our life's work. Healing is our purpose and our passion! In over 20 years of study and practice we have now developed our own, unique programme that addresses every facet of the anxiety spectrum. Some people are spending months and even years in therapy for anxiety based issues and depression. We believe these 'time frames' can be excessively prolonged, and often unnecessary.

Amanda is such a lovely, warm person. I felt at ease with her the moment I met her. She has helped me recover from a nervous breakdown and get me back to work. We have had weekly sessions and these have helped me more than she will ever know. I can highly recommend her for hypnotherapy. You won't regret it and you'll never look back. Thank you so much Amanda. You have really made a difference to my life. I have gone from not leaving my bedroom to having a zest for life and making the most of it and returning to work. Forever grateful 💖 X x x
Hi - I'm Jayne and I work with children and young people and adults through therapy/counselling and hypnotherapy I have over 14 years' experience working both within my private practice and in primary and secondary schools with children. COUNSELLING- ADULTS I have worked extensively over the years with adults through my therapy practice. I am trained and have experience in lots of different counselling methods, which enables me to connect with each person I work with on different emotional levels.
I specialise in an American type of hypnosis called Pure Hypnoanalysis. This type of hypnosis is known for being highly effective and has a 93 percent success rate on average. It only takes clients between 6 to 12 weeks for a full treatment. I usually recommend to get a block of 6 sessions and then see if you would need any extra sessions. I aim to provide as quick and effective treatment as possible and my experience shows that most of the times 6 sessions are just enough.

Counselling helped me to deal with trauma that I had locked away.
Donna helped me to understand my own feelings and helped me to work towards re-wiring my reactions to my environment. I no longer need support or medication for my PTSD and anxiety.
She was very professional, and I felt comfortable telling her my story. The atmosphere was relaxed and I feel that I was listened to, and encouraged enormously.
I have and will continue to recommend this service to my friends and family. I started off very angry and frustrated with my situation, and now I am able to see it as a lesson learned. My trauma has made me who I am, but I wouldnt have let it shape me positively without the support of Donna. Thank you

I offer one-to-one Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, specifically Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy. This type of therapy is goal-focused, helping you find real solutions to problems you may be facing in your life right now. I've recently completed my Advanced Diploma in REBT at the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in London. I will be continuing onto Advanced+1 and am now looking to take on a limited number of private clients.
I am an integrative Counsellor, using person centred, psychodynamic and CBT strands of counselling therapy. I have also trained to be a life coach and encompass aspects of this, where appropriate, in my counselling techniques. However, I'm a great believer that each and every one of us holds the answers to our problems and issues, sometimes we just need a gentle push in the right direction to glean these answers from our psyche or even the filing cabinet in the back of our brain.
I love listening to people and their stories. It is most satisfying watching someone improve in their mental wellbeing week on week and being able to show them the improvement with regular reviews.
I hit rock bottom a number of years ago and couldn't see a way out until someone introduced me to an agency that provided self-help group sessions and counselling. I wasn't ready for the group sessions but boy-oh-boy did the counselling help. It saved me from myself! Following further counselling after a bereavement I felt my calling - this was what I was destined to do, to help others come back from the depths of despair and prove that there is life after depression and there is a way back from rock bottom. I have trained for several years and undertaken additional training to supplement my counselling training some of which happened during Covid and the 'new way' of doing things - online! In this sense, Covid has been a blessing in disguise as it has provided me with experience and training in online and telephone counselling which I wouldn't ordinarily have received whilst also becoming more accessible to more people, who may otherwise not have bothered with counselling.
I am flexible and tailor our sessions around your needs and desires. I undergo regular training and CPD to ensure I am up to date with the goings on in the profession. I am non-judgemental, as all counsellors should be, and I too have been low, depressed, stressed, anxious etc and have suffered some traumas in my lifetime too. As a result, it is most likely that I will 'get you'. I am living proof that you can get through whatever it is and come out the other side smiling. I like mindfulness and woluld encourage everyone to take time out to do some mindfulness and self-care. I will 'hold your hand' and walk side by side with you as you venture on the path towards a brighter future.
I'm happy to provide remote counselling therapy - via the telephone or via Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime etc - with or without the screen on, I'll happily work with what you are comfortable with. Furthermore, this is not rigid - if you want to change from telephone to Zoom with/without your screen on or eventually meet face to face, when you are ready, I am flexible and happy to work at your pace.
Covid-19 has changed this profession, I believe, for the better insofar as it is now more accessible. Previously, it was very much face to face and telephone/online counselling was certainly not something covered in our training. However, I underwent specific online and telephone counselling training and was able to offer this during the pandemic. Since venturing outdoors and meeting face to face, I have taken client's temperatures and abided by other Covid guidelines, such as hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes or spray on the furniture following each client, face masks etc. This has reduced as guidelines have eased. I continue to wipe and spray following each client and use hand sanitiser on a regular basis.
