What do you love most about your job?

Getting the chance to help other businesses utilise the skills and experiences I have gained over a 20+ year career in manufacturing, operations and continuous improvement.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to be able to choose the clients I wanted to work with, on the projects that I enjoy the most that allow me to use my strengths.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have built a successful career within large businesses and industries using the skills that I offer clients now. I am an Operations Director first, and Management Consultant second. This allows me to talk from my own experiences first and foremost so clients get the theory and the practical experience by working with me.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I would rather work on site but can do some training or analysis remotely / online. Any consultant that commits to working 100% off-site is generally going to miss the real nuts and bolts of what a business is going through, and this is critical to understand how a consultant will need to tailor their support.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have had my vaccinations and have a covid-19 risk assessment. Of course, I can adopt any procedures required by the client.
