What variety of training options do you provide for clients?

I can work with clients from home, at a local gym, in public areas/parks, from my private workout studio, or even at their office. Modern life is busy and can be difficult to balance, particularly in London. We can discuss the most suitable options for your routine and budget to reach the target. Don’t worry, you won’t need to spend hours on the Tube just to get to a workout!

What qualifications have you achieved?

I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and post natal instructing. I am certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training. I am also a member of The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and the National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT).

Are you associated with any particular gyms?

No. Everything I do is independent of the big chain gyms. I own a fully equipped fitness studio with all the modern gym features in Putney. Plus, none of the waiting for a rowing machine to become available!
