Wellbeing is a combination of both physical and mental health, I therefore offer personal training and psychological coaching. The using these interventions simultaneously works well for health behaviour change, weight loss and exercise adherence. Although Personal training and exercise prescription requires a scientific approach, thoroughly understanding client needs, goals and expectations is psychological.

Di was my personal trainer for an extended period of time before I relicated to Australia. As a personal motivator she has the abillity to squeeze everything out of an individual. She makes exercise fun, is technically medically and professionally sound and has a wonderful positive outlook on life. Di is a joy to work with and to spend time with and makes a huge difference.

I've worked with CEOs suffering from stress and addiction, artists, writers and musicians with creative blocks, young men with low self confidence, single parents struggling with lethargy and depression, men and women working to save their marriages, and parents who are rebuilding their lives after seeing their relationship with their children damaged by custody battles in family court.

Before the event I felt low and heavy, like the colour beige just given up hopeless, tired and done with it all. I came to the event because I realised there were some deep rooted issues and feelings within me that I needed to heal and solve in order to better myself and honestly the event was great. After the event I felt a sense of relief, a sense of hope again, a sense of love and a sense that everything is going to be okay.

When I first went to see Mandy, I had fairly low expectations. I’d tried counselling before and didn’t really get on with it, giving it up after a few sessions at most. I just didn’t “click” with the counsellor. My confidence and self-esteem were at rock-bottom when I started seeing Mandy. I am so glad I took a chance and tried counselling again! Mandy is incredibly wise, knowledgeable and professional. She listens with unconditional compassion and offers valuable insights into those very confusing, complicated and messy places our minds and emotions can take us. With Mandy’s help, I am working through the issues caused by past experiences and gaining an understanding of how they affect my life now and what I can do to change my often-negative responses. I feel our work together has strengthened me, built resilience and helped me to believe that I have more worth and potential than I would ever have realised if I’d have continued to try to make sense of my thoughts and feelings alone. Mandy has (at times ever so gently) guided me towards self-awareness and acceptance but also taught me that it’s ok to make a stand and say “no” when it’s called for and to own and value my own feelings. There have been tears and frustration in our sessions but also Mandy’s witty humour has made me laugh many times. Mandy goes above and beyond just providing a listening ear. The work we have done together has been life-changing for me. I have found the courage and self-belief to take steps towards a positive and fulfilling future. Mandy’s support and encouragement has been invaluable to me in exploring my own potential in ways I just didn’t think were possible a couple of years ago.I’m so pleased to have given counselling another go; to have met and confided in Mandy. Not only that; I feel privileged and so thoroughly thankful to be working through my problems with such a brilliant counsellor and such a wonderful human being.

There are times in our lives when most of us feel lost, anxious, and uncertain because of changes we have no control over. Consequently, it can impact our relationships, causing sleepless nights and ill-health. Welcome to TalkTime. Being a former sufferer if severe anxiety, depression, alcoholism and bad life choices. My journey began with the name Love Letters where I would be given details of someone who is going through a hard time. I would then hand write a personalised letter to them, giving any advice they may need to hear to brighten their day and hopefully, life! They were more than welcome to write back to me and we could become PenPals. I've decided to give my old charity Love Letters, a brand new upgrade. If you ever need to talk, vent, need advice then please do not be afraid to contact me. Writing that email can be your first step towards a happier and healthier life. (Telephone appointments & Email only) I am happy to take emails and phone calls from anyone suffering or know of someone close that may be, I want to help you. A little about me: My name is Robert but you can call me Bertie! I am 28 years of age and have many certifications psychology and social studies. Ever since I was a high school student and gone through bullying and seeing people be bullied, my life goal was always to help others. I don't just want you to be a 'patient' of mine, I want you to see me as a friend you can confine in, find comfort in, and be your shoulder to cry on. HERE'S TO THE FUTURE. YOUR HAPPIER, BEAUTIFUL MORE GLEEFUL LIFE ??? ____________________________________ Anxiety is a feeling of worry or fear that is a normal response to a range of different situations. It can affect your mental health when you feel anxious every day and can’t remember when you last felt relaxed. Talking about it can help you explore the cause of these feelings, understand them and suggest ways of dealings with situations. I as your listener can help you learn how to cope with anxiety on a day to day basis. As I'm sure we all know there is no cure for anxiety, only ways to keep it at bay. Working together we will attempt to find the route of the anxiety, and see how we can surpass those feelings.
Really, ever since I was a young lad in high school I was bullied every day if my school life and saw others being bullied also. Since then I made it my life goal to improve the lives of others.
I originally begun as a charity i created and ran alone called LoveLetters that got very popular.
I would be told about someone going through difficult times, given there address and I would then hand write letters to the person, talking to them and assuring them they're not alone. At which point we would become 'PenPals' and write back and fourth discussing problems and solutions.
I personally think, still only being 28 it may be good for someone to speak to me being around their age. I don't like to have just a 'client' I like them to see me as a friend, a shoulder to cry on, and ill support im the best way I can.
I provide mt services by email and telephone calls. I will discuss with the client how often they would like to talk and for how long.
As previously mentioned, I prefer to keep to telephone calls, emails or letters. During these dark, unsure and hard times I think it unsuitable, even distanced, to be around people when the same work can be done via your personal computer or telephone.
I myself have got the first dose of the vaccine.
