What do you love most about your job?

The privilege of hearing people's stories and watching them grow and change through our work together is my absolute favourite thing! I learn as much (if not more!) from my clients as they do from me, and each person offers something unique.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love the freedom and independence of working for myself. I also like the fact that I'm not limited to only offering a certain number of sessions to clients; I can work with them for as long as they need to.

My core values are seeing each client as an individual, working from a place of honesty, openness and respect, and supporting them to reach their desired goal or outcome.

I don't see my job as "fixing" people because I don't believe that people are broken. My approach is to find out more about you as a person, and to offer you the safety and space to work through things.
