The voice is a much sturdier instrument than most people think. If used correctly, it can fill a theatre without amplification, can go on for hours without tiring and can produce all sorts of incredible and weird sounds. But, however strong it is, it is a unique instrument that, when broken, is very difficult to fix. This is why having a reliable singing technique is so very important.

Sarah has been absolutely fantastic from the very beginning of our lessons, the constant feedback and encouragement did not only benefit my vocal technique but also my self-confidence. Online lessons are an amazing way to continue training despite the difficult times and I am really thankful I can continue practicing without losing the work done in the past months. The platform allows the lesson to proceed without any disruption, making it a good alternative when in-person lessons are not possible!

Hi would you like to learn how to sing? Do you need to improve your range? Or are you absolutely petrified of going on stage and showing the world just how awesome you are? Then I’m perfect for you! Currently in my final year of undergrad for musical theatre. I have studied both musical theatre and classical vocal and performance techniques at a top university in America. I have worked professionally as a clown and have done some pretty silly things on a stage, if I can do it, so can you :)

Mags is an amazing teacher, incredibly inspiring and encouraging. My singing and confidence improved dramatically during my lessons. Having never sung before she made me feel comfortable and relaxed enough to learn and enjoy the sessions. I have since sung in public and loved every minute of it! I would thoroughly recommend Mags for both adults' and children's lessons especially for students who are a little nervous or shy.

I've had varying teacher's over the years but Laura's knowledge is far superior to anyone i have been too, she instinctively knows when and where i am struggling and can put into words what it is and how i can resolve it. Laura has helped me massively to get back on track and in building up my confidence which i had lost. I only wish i'd found her years ago because I love my one to one sessions.

Throughout mankind’s history, singing has united people, and it’s medically proven to slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and produce a natural endorphin-fuelled high. Our tailored corporate training and team building courses focus on improving leadership, presentation and public speaking skills, building confidence, encouraging teamwork and managing high pressure situations. We teach participants how to control breathing, project the voice, enunciate clearly and improve their posture and physical presence. Using breathing techniques and vocal exercises, we help participants control their nerves and find their voice. A Vocal Group training workshop focuses on: Vocal projection, delivery and control Breath control and breathing techniques Posture and presence Developing leadership skills Confidence building and self belief Managing stress and harnessing nerves Presentation skills Communication and interaction Team building and trust Motivating and empowering Relaxed but productive enjoyment
The joy of helping individuals and groups achieve their goals through music is the most rewarding thing in the world.
Seeing first hand how a lack of confidence can let people down in a pressure situation led me to want to help these individuals overcome their fears and develop amazing skills which can help in every day scenarios not just performance.
