I had no experience of counselling prior to meeting Tolis, and did not know what to expect when I found myself in a particularly difficult situation - unhappy and lonely overseas, and struggling with a complex entangling of family and identity issues, amplified by the pandemic.

He was a fixed point when I needed one most and I am very grateful for his help. I still hear his warm voice and wise advice resonating from time to time, and would more than likely return to him again, for a catch-up and/or when the need arises again.
