I offer psychotherapy/counselling based on the Human Givens Approach. This is an incredibly positive and practical approach to mental health and wellbeing seeking to establish how to help you get your emotional needs met in order to make positive choices and think clearly about life. I work in a face to face setting with clients, listen without judgement, and help to establish a plan for success which may involve dealing with past trauma or working on coping skills.

Having had therapy recently with Roots to Change, I am writing this review in essence really to encourage and highly recommend the approach / ethos of Human Givens. I needed help in coming to terms with my Fathers death and was overwhelmed by a sadness so
intense that daily life was a struggle. After seeing Magi 3 or 4 times for bereavement counselling I was in a completely different frame of mind and place . Encouraged and motivated by Magi to focus on all the positive aspects of my life while allowing myself to grieve was empowering, I felt in control rather than the grief controlling me . Positive thinking and innovative techniques make the Human Givens approach special . Magi is an excellent therapist and so comfortable to have sessions with, I highly recommend trying Roots to Change for therapy .
My name is Ken Morton, I am the founder of KM Therapy and I am a Holistic Therapist. The idea of KM Therapy was born from combining my two passions in life - helping people and alternative medicine. I do things differently from the normal conventional healthcare model as I believe in indigenous alternative medicine. I look at the body holistically by assessing the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological parts of your body and suggest improvements you can make to your body and your lifestyle.

Last year i went to see Valerie with my partner because we just could not get along anymore, having stupid arguments all the time. She helped us to understand and reconnect with each other, especially helping with clearing issues like anger or resentment, and helped us to develop better ways of communicating. We thank her very much for the difference she has made!
ReformPhysio & Pilates was launched in January 2020 with a vision of providing expert Physiotherapy care in Aberdeen, with a particular focus on Ante/postnatal Physiotherapy and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. We believe strongly that women deserve more support in managing and understanding pelvic floor symptoms and aim to address this with our Physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

I can’t recommend Reform enough to any mothers looking to have a check up after birth. I had a 7 week checkup with my GP however this was done over the phone and does not compare to the comprehensive check over I had at Reform during my Mummy MOT. The whole assessment was really thorough, allowing me to ask questions and learn about my body following pregnancy/birth. I felt so at ease with Laura and left knowing to come back if I had any changes or concerns. I returned to see Kate and left feeling reassured that everything was ok. I know that if I hadn’t been to Reform I wouldn’t have the confidence to do any exercise following my c-section but with their guidance I am able to begin that journey back to the exercise I enjoy. Their services have been fantastic and I just hope that all new mums consider paying them a visit. ❤️

There is so much room for incredible growth and creativity both for my clients and for arts therapy in general. I am excited to pioneer for it my promoting its normalization in corporate and government environments and among employees.
I had an idea that I needed to promote. Yes, I could work for an organization, and I do share contracts with one, but I need room to create at the moment. At the moment, I am working on the music therapy aspect of it, but I hope to one day head a business that provides all arts therapy services for the workplace and working age adults.
When it comes to my clients, I give them my all. I am committed to tuning intuitively to exactly what the client needs, even before realize it themselves. I also don't just educate them by the books, but I like to share with them everything else that is worth learning because everything is connected.
All my services can be and are provided online through zoom or the client's preferred platform. However, as long as it follows current government guidelines, I can still provide a more profound in-person experience to anyone within thirty miles of Banchory, Aberdeenshire.
Music for Management started during Covid-19. I realized that I wasn't going to launch the idea in the way I had imagined anytime soon, and so I focused on adapting as much as I could. All services can be accessed through links and buttons on my website.
