What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people feel better about themselves, forgiving themselves, getting better jobs, improving relationships and sharing their results with me. And quite a number of clients also have improving health which is then the foundation for all areas of life to get better. I have attended the weddings of three clients and met several babies born after having had therapy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had participated in many personal development courses which had completely changed the way I thought, felt and interacted with others. Hypnotherapy and stress management was a way to give those same benefits to people but in a safe space. And one of the trainers from the company who trained me, I had already met on a personal development course.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I am a much better therapist than I was when I started 30 years ago - experience does make a difference. I really care about people and animals - pets and wildlife. I am on a constant path of healing myself and improving my life. I have high integrity and I am flexible and generous. My aim is to get results as quickly as the client is comfortable doing but that the changes are made at the unconscious level and the results permanent.

Yes I can provide my services online. My preference is zoom although I have clients in Australia who have preferred Whatsapp video which worked very well. I have also used Microsoft teams and Skype.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have anti-viral spray - used on the chair after each session and used in the toilet. I have reorganised the room so that there is a sufficient distance between me and the client. Masks can be worn at the client's request
