How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

We Usually have a meeting with our Clients who look forward to hire us for their Catering requirements and first ask them to create your own Dream Menu once the customer has his own version of dream menu we guide him through more variety on the same guidelines and offer options and different taste and colour combinations with different presentation and talk through with price budget and an idea per head spend and offer him a Tailor Made Royal Menu different from all those dished which he had in the past Function and offer as a host all New variety of Dishes to his guest a surprisingly stunning Menu.

What do you love most about your job?

I have been in this Hospitality Industry from 1992 and the only thing which still keep me loving my job is Customer interaction and meeting and greeting, creative with learning skills, invention of new dishes and ideas all these these things keeps me alive.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I always wanted freedom of speech and freedom of decision making and doing what i like without restrictions and creating my own small world of Customer base where I am there to meet all the requirements or needs of catering for customers around me and get recognition.

Why should our clients choose you?

The only reason i want the clients to choose me is whatever i do i make sure its for my family its my family event my family food my family decor.
And if me and my family can except all these things then i can offer to my clients also because there is nothing more precious than your own FAMILY.
