Paul has been a great help to my granddaughter, his Emetophobia therapy has, in her own words “has made a massive difference”.
She now feels that she can put logical thinking into the equation, instead of going straight into a panic attack, when she sees or hears someone vomiting, which for her is a game changer.
Thank you Paul, for all your help.
Hello, I'm James. For the past 18 years, I have used talking therapies to support those suffering from depression, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), experiences of abuse, anxiety, acute stress, bereavement, and relationship concerns. I have delivered counselling to the armed forces community in hospitals and domestic settings, for the NHS Primary Care Services in North Wales to patients referred by mental health teams and the GP, and in private practice both face-to-face and remotely.

5 starts isn't enough for the amount Jim helped guide and supported me during a very unhappy period of my life. Teaching me techniques that I would use daily (and still do) to help physically and emotionally get through this period. James offered nothing but empathy, compassion and a safe place to be. Understanding if I needed to vent or knowing when to move me on to new discussion and next step in my healing. I can't emphasise enough how much Jim helped me turn from a very sad place, to be able to face the problems ahead. I never felt pressured to do sessions and know that when needed he would be there to support.
