I have been practising mediation and yoga for past 20 years ever since i came in touch with my first guru at a young age .
I have trained as a reflexologist, acupressurist, healer, yoga instructor, PLR therapist etc. in order to assimilate different aspects of healing into my Reflexology work to make it a holistic therapy.

I am a certified Reflexologist and a member of Association of Reflexologists (MAR).
I have trained with Gloucestershire College and passed with distinction in Reflexology
I have trained in Acupressure from National Institute of Research, Training and Treatment in India.
