What inspired you to start your own business?

As professional caterers it was always a desire to run our own business, As a Chet would quote: ' I would like to own my own restaurant one day'.

As a professional catering foursome the directors and shareholders working within the events, hotels and restaurants area of the trade for a combined 120 years. Having known Paul from Greycourt for many years it was a natural progression for us to become part of the business being able to market and operate in a more modern and innovative way which has lead to our growth over the last four years especially.
