NNFOL Professional therapy

Relationship therapy I have been supplementing anxiety therapy with relationship therapy for a while now, sometimes relationships can break down suddenly, sometimes with no clues or discussion, and sometimes relationships go through a tough time. I have been helping clients work on co-dependency quite successfully in the past few months so I wanted to offer relationship therapy for those struggling with attachment and dependence. Sometimes there are hidden addictions present within a relationship which is hiding the scars of deep trauma and it has taken some time, but clients work through their grief over 6-8 months trying to process what happened and move on. If you haven’t yet found solace or healing, you’re more than welcome to try a trial session of therapy for half and hour to see if there is a fit, trial sessions cost $21. It takes place over encrypted Whatsapp video or voice call so literally from anywhere in the World. To sign up, simply fill in the form on the mainpage of nnfol.com and I will contact you within 48 hours. Please reach out to me by directly texting my phone number from your phone, thank you. On the day therapy including assessment, triggers, talk therapy and anxiety management is 25 pounds per session (30 minutes appointment). Please kindly text me on Whatsapp or Facetime to make bookings, I only visit this page on weekends. Delivered therapy to over 600 people. Services delivered mainly to UK, North America, South Africa and Denmark. Trauma abandonment program available on weekends. Anxiety and Depression Therapy weekdays. Super Helper Support for educators, psychologists, health care workers and carers. All you need is phone, video, Facetime or Skype. Discounts available to families under covid stress. Please text me directly, " I am XYZ, I am free on X date & time, my counseling needs are for XYZ". I hope to respond back within 2 hours. Orientation will be given in first session, includes assessment, expression and resolution skills. You may try a trial session and then decide what sort of tailored program fits for your needs. Please visit my website and fill in the form to get the process started. I check in with clients everyday, I follow up once a week and give clients two week plans. Video and phone counseling available during flexible hours. Email counseling £25 for 5 days correspondence. Having counseled almost 700 clients, from various continents, my focus areas are usually anxiety, stress management and multiculturally dynamic. Some of my clients are fellow international therapists and from renowned organisations (WHO,WALL STREET). If I feel someone is better suited I will give you a referral. Most clients come to me with the intention of a one month program and end up hiring me for a lot longer due to my excellent aftercare and follow up services. Quite simply put my clients feel comforted, heard and satisfied. This is some feedback I received today 31/10/2020. " I'd just like to say I feel really pleased I've chosen you for this therapy/counselling experience. Yes I did feel quite low during the day times the past few working days. I half knew the sense of loss was still to come and smiled. It's surprised me how hard it his, but somewhat how resilient I feel at others. I'm embracing the process already feeling some benefits." Normal integrative therapy sessions last normally about 30 minutes and you will really get an understanding of therapeutic approach. We can discuss your requirements and see if there is a fit. I have counseled men, women, liberal and religious backgrounds. It would be ideal to have a phone consultation so I know how best to respond to your counseling needs. Approaches Psychodynamic, Attachment, Mind Body Spirit, SELF ESTEEM, Emotional Freedom. Some evenings are possible with advance notice and as long as you can find a quiet and private room to talk from. If you are seeking relationship therapy with me, it is best not to give my contact details to your other half. I do not work with couples. Most sessions are done via video. The idea is to try to get you to a better place emotionally, financially and physically. Most of my clients would describe my professional service warm, friendly and resilient. I am open minded yet cautious. I am DBS checked, safeguarding certified and accredited with MFHT (Part of the Professional Standards Authority). Prices start from £25 a session. Some clients seek short term therapy and others more Urgent therapy weekend appointments start at 29 pounds for half an hour. Single weekday therapy sessions £25, 2 sessions £45. 2 hour intensive £95. Most clients invest in their future by prioritizing their mental health. If you feel that 2 hour sessions a week costs too much I would be more than happy to reduce the rate for the month, just send me a text and I can book you a trial session. What do you love most about your job?

No matter who the individual is, whatever their background, I view them as a human being who has every right to feel heard. Its incredible to see my clients have an "a Ha" moment and come one step closer to acheiving their goals. I can see the potential in someone to make changes in their behaviours and thoughts, but to finally see my client realise it for themselves makes me proud.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to create a Fountain of Light. A sanctuary for those sick of the dark and wanting more, discovering the deeper parts of themselves and flourishing from it. At one point we used to offer a free service, but now we utilise a portion of clients fees to help those devastated from natural disasters, clients walk in not knowing how much light they have given to others...and the light still spreads as we speak.

Why should our clients choose you?

My aim is for to reach your goals in 3 weeks. Many clients feel they have reached their goals within 12 weeks. Some of my clients are psychotherapists themselves.
I enjoy networking and building bridges with clinical directors and supervisors so that the client gets a second opinion by BACP, CPCAB, ACC, BPS, NCS accreditted therapists. I also respect the clients autonomy and privacy.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

YES. I have provided services to almost 600 people globally, you may use Facetime or VSEE

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Covid 19 safe office and video calling, as well as all government guidelines for hygiene. Reduced persons at location and everything done in privacy.

Therapist FAQs

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the therapist holds.

This will depend on where you live, what level of training your therapist has and what they specialise in (whether they are a counsellor, psychotherapist or psychologist) and also how many years of working experience they have.

Your professional therapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted therapist today.

You need to devote some time to finding the right therapist as the connection you have with your therapist is essential. You need someone who you can trust, someone you feel comfortable talking to about difficult subjects and intimate secrets, someone who will be a partner in your recovery. Therapy will not be effective unless you have this bond, so take some time in the beginning to find the right person.

It is worth talking to a few potential therapists and asking questions. Therapists also have special areas of focus, such as depression or eating disorders. For some issues, such as trauma or PTSD, seeing a specialist is absolutely essential.

Everyone’s treatment is different. How long your therapy lasts depends on many factors.

You may be offered a single session of counselling, a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months or a longer course that lasts for several months or years.

It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your trusted Bark therapist.

Professional counsellor training takes three to five years and can be a diploma or degree level. Qualification requires a minimum number of client hours acquired through a work placement.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their therapy.

Therapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or an eating disorder. Or it can help with an upsetting physical health condition such as infertility, a difficult life event such as a bereavement or a relationship breakdown. It can also be used to tackle difficult emotions such as low self-esteem, anger or sexual identity issues. Therapists also offer couples therapy. Therapists can also help with anxiety issues deriving from the coronavirus.

Absolutely! Many therapists offer sessions over the phone or through an online video chat platform, so you can have a session from the comfort of your own home - all you need is a strong internet connection and you're good to go.
