Piano with Nicol is the best!
Nicol is the best teacher when it comes to piano. My 11 year old son recently passed the ABRSM Grade 1 Piano exam and would have been extremely hard, if not unachievable, without Nicol's supportive encouragement and brilliant help. My son's progress in piano has improved dramatically over the course of the 7 months that we've been with Nicol. Would highly recommend her!

I've known Sebastian for many years now. Being a world class pianist, you cannot afford to miss the smallest level of detail when it comes to playing; Sebastian clearly demonstrates this during each and every one of his lessons. I have had many people who taught me piano, but to the level that Sebastian goes, I've known no one else. Whatever improvements there are to be made, Sebastian will not let them slip by. My articulation, hand technique and control of dynamics before I met Sebastian were nothing like what they are now. With that in mind, I wish to say it has been a great privilege of knowing Sebastian. I will be off to university soon, so I will be living elsewhere. I do, however, thoroughly recommend seizing this opportunity of taking lessons with Sebastian if you are an aspiring pianist who would take this seriously and seek every possible way of improving your piano performance with his guidance.

Myla absolutely loves and lives for her Friday afternoon piano lessons as it’s the first time her teacher, who is joyful, knowledgeable, interesting, & funny; teaches according to her interests and needs and not a one size fits all model. Harrison definitely keeps her motivated and interested!
Harrison keeps her interested in between classes too by sending her links to material she wants to practice, tools with which to do just that and a sincere and genuine interest in her musical development. She’s learnt more in a few weeks than in the last two years!

My lessons are fun and tailored to my students' interests. There is a world of music out there and it's important to explore it in the learning process. I travel to my students' houses rather than teaching from a studio, and highlight the importance of daily piano practice to maximise students' potential. I also encourage regular performance to help students become accustomed to playing in front of an audience.

Trained at Cambridge University and the Royal Academy of Music, I have 20 years of experience teaching classical piano to children from aged 4 (a good age to start!) to adults (never too late - some of my most accomplished students started aged 30+!), from complete beginners to diploma-level. I teach in English and/or French, online and in person, in Greenwich and in Cambridge, Mondays to Saturdays during term time.

Tabitha has been teaching our daughter since she was 5 years old, and our daughter is now about to sit the grade 5 exam. Tabitha is extremely engaging, patient, and an amazing teacher. She can be playful with children but professional at the same time. Because she is such an amazing company and a role model, children try their best to follow her instructions.

Hi... I would like to share my review today. I had my first class some minutes back. The teacher teaching here is ❤️ the Director Jolene herself ❤️ who is very sweet, loving, so patient & understanding. To me as a beginner today, the class was beyond my imagination... I was a little nervous since it was the first time until the zoom call began & I got to see Jolene on the other side waving out to me with that sweet smile. the class was vocals & supposed to be a days class but it was so good & I immediately decided I wil do few more... Now m glad to be an active student of this blue ocean waves music school. may God shower his blessings on Jolene, her mom & this school & all students here. Thank you

Excellent platform to help me find the best tutor for my daughter. It was really easy to navigate around the website and making an account was quick. Once my tutor request went live, I had plenty of tutors message me with interest, unlike some other tutor sites. All of them had great experience and were friendly. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for tuition for their child.

What I love most about teaching is to discover and develop the musicality of my students. To teach them to understand the deeper meaning of musical works.
What I love most about performing is conveying the emotion that I experience when performing musical works.
My passion for music transcends playing; it's in sharing its magic. Witnessing students' eyes light up as they grasp a melody or master a piece, became my driving force. Starting my own business let me offer a personalized, learning environment where notes play their story and every student feels the rhythm of their own musical journey.
When I teach I love help my students and help them to move forward in reaching their musical goals.
When I give concerts I want to create something unforgettable for the audience.
I offer my piano instruction services online through platforms like Zoom, Jitsi and Google Meet. These online sessions allow for real-time feedback, flexible scheduling, easy sharing of digital resources, and consistent progress tracking. It's a convenient way for students to receive quality musical education from the comfort of their homes.
Covid-19 not only highlighted the importance of safety but also taught me the effectiveness of online lessons. In many instances, I've found that remote instruction can be more focused and efficient, allowing students to learn in a comfortable environment while also ensuring their health and well-being.
