Amanda is absolutely lovely. I booked myself in for a hot stone massage and it was brilliant. She took the time to carefully explain the treatment to me as I had never had a hot stone massage before. I felt completely at ease the entire time and felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I cannot recommend Amanda enough. I will definitely be back!

Do you live with anxiety, stress, or anger? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed or resentful? Are you fed up with repeating patterns and behaviours? Are you ready to find more joy in your life? What I offer: Transformational coaching; £60/session Meditation groups online and in person Mindfulness courses Corporate packages available My own journey has given me safe hands to support you in your journey: I grew up in kind of a crazy household. I can tell this as a story now. I was fortunate to find a teacher and guide who helped me walk from victim to survivor to a human being holding an intention to live in the moment. I was inspired to stop identifying with my story and instead value it as my journey of learning. On my journey I have become more aware of myself and my attitudes. This has helped me come to terms with my past…to unhook myself from perceptions and beliefs that no longer serve me in the everyday. Now I feel inspired to help others also walk this path knowing that my own experiences have given me safe hands to support others with understanding, compassion, and no judgement. I work with people living with anxiety, stress, frustration. People who feel overwhelmed, unseen. People who feel their past is ruling their present. I inspire people to feel calmer, to come to terms with their life, to walk a more joyful path.
I love being able to support people when they are reaching out for help. For some this may be just a few sessions to learn some breathing techniques to deal with anxiety for others it may be a longer journey of delving deeper into that place inside that we try and hide from others. I love supporting people to discover their own worth; their own sense of joy and steadiness in their lives.
My own journey inspired me. I had a kind of crazy childhood; but after years of denial and suppressing emotions it all came to a head and I was lucky enough to find a teacher and counsellor. I was inspired to train under this person (and continue to do so) so that I could meet people where they are at in their journey with empathy, honesty, understanding and no judgement.
Here's what some of my clients have said:
"Before I came to see Emma I was feeling quite lost, despairing and was very anxious. After taking part in her mindfulness course and signing up for 1 to 1 sessions I now feel more at peace and have the same sense of hope as I did when I was much younger! "
Anne
“My attitude has changed. I am more aware of the triggers and can now relax more around them. It makes me less frustrated…Emma is down to earth and makes people feel that anything is possible.” Theresa
"Thanks for that session, I felt so relaxed for the first time in a long time, I don't do relaxing enough" Colin
