What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy creating an environment where my clients can feel safe to make discoveries about themselves, to explore thoughts and feelings they’ve not allowed themselves to delve into.

Research shows that the main so-called healing factor in therapy is a good therapeutic relationship. It is my passion to try and offer that healing relationship so my clients can find their strenghts, vulnerabilities, and explore difficult emotions safely.

Why should our clients choose you?

Human psychology and the mind-body connection have been my passion for over 20 years, and I have been studying meditation, hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy over a decade in the UK and the US.
During my sessions I strive to create an environment where my clients feel safe, heard and nurtured. I aim to build a relationship based on trust, non-judgement and patience, I will work at your pace to help tou find the answers you’re searching for.
My therapeutic style is generally humanistic. My training is in integrative style of therapy so, I can draw from a variety of therapeutic styles (i.e behaviorist, transactiobal analysis, psychodynamic, Gestalt, etc).

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

At the moment I am offering all my services remotely via Skype or FaceTime.
