I have a passion to help people overcome obstacles and develop the skills and confidence needed to live life to its full potential. As someone who has tried to work things out for myself and being unwilling to accept help, I learned the hard way how to think differently; and thinking differently has had a transformative effect on my life. What inspired you to start your own business?

I have 40 years of professional experience. For 30 years I have been helping people and teams in a range of industries and at all organisational levels solve problems related to safety, system complexity, and human behaviour. For over 10 years I managed a large team of consultants, and for several years I was a university lecturer and course organiser.

I became a coach because I wanted to share my wealth of experience with those earlier in their career journeys through coaching, as I have found coaching to provide a safe and valuable space to think whilst being guided, supported, and encouraged through to effective plans, actions and outcomes.
