I created and use my proven framework called VGVR, which stands for Vision, Goals, Values and Rituals to help establish or strengthen the link between your intentions and your reality. My approach includes: Holistic Assessment: Helping you identify the categories in your life you want to work on (Warning: this may change from what you initially thought). I also evaluate your mindset and lifestyle, including eating habits and personal relationships. Finally, I’ll assess how you learn, process, and act on guidance. Lifestyle Design/Tweaks: I work with you to cultivate a lifestyle that optimises your chances of living your definition of success, from morning and evening routines to rituals that honour your values and goals. Personalised Support: Providing a digital workbook for you to use outside of our sessions, which you can keep indefinitely, along with unlimited package support for continuous progress. Typical Length of a Lesson Sessions are typically 60 minutes long and structured as follows: Session Activities: Focused on identifying and overcoming what’s holding you back and finding strategies to develop your new lifestyle. You are encouraged to bring up any pressing issues not in the plan for immediate attention. Session Structure: Starting with time for you to share immediate concerns, followed by targeted activities and discussions. The last five minutes are used for a recap and assigning after-session work. Qualifications and Experience Extensive Experience: Over 20 years of mentoring and more than 500 paid coaching hours. Yes I can, and remotely is the preferred method for me. I'm flexible and can deliver via Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams. I'm also happy to do session via phone or whatever method of remote communication works for you.

TJ - What a woman. What a smart, amazing, caring & lovely woman. She really knows her stuff. I came to TJ in a bit of a mess, scoring very low on life and love. After a few sessions I started to really do the work required to get to a much better place. I may of eventually got to a better place by myself but I know for a fact it would of taken a lot longer, would of been a lot harder & also wouldn’t of taught me half as much as she did in this time. She came highly recommended to me by a reputable source and I myself will highly recommend her going forward too. You’re simply the best!

I started working with Ben in early 2024 to help me resolve my high anxiety problems, and I am assured in saying that it has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Ben is an excellent coach with great experience in anxiety recovery as well as an in-depth knowledge into why anxiety occurs and how to reset your fear response back to normal levels. He's also incredibly friendly and understanding, and I left every new session with more and more feelings of inspiration, clarity and confidence. Working with Ben and the program over the last few months has genuinely changed (and sometimes felt like it's saved) my life, and my confidence is higher than I can ever remember. So I cannot give a higher recommendation to anyone out there suffering with anxiety, than to not hesitate and start coaching sessions with Ben!
