How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Every body is an individual and therefor each individual has a different goal . Our primary service is offering bespoke Personal Training packages on a one to one basis.
We also offer Body Planners Group training (Blueprint For Life/ Strength Training). BP Group Training (Blueprint For Life) comprises of 3 weekly training sessions along with nutrition coaching. This is fully trackable and optimises your results. All of our packages will help you achieve results you can measure. We deliver balanced training programs which will improve the way you look, feel and perform. Coaching for sports is also available covering a range of Endurance sports including Swimming, Cycling, Running & Triathlon in its entirety.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Good quality nutrition, good quality training and consistency in both areas. Also Setting mid term and short term S.M.A.R.T goal which supports your long term goal will help you remain accountable. Being accountable will ensure you achieve your short and mid term S.M.A.R.T goals and set you up for long term sustainable success.

What do you love most about your job?

The Body Planners team are highly motivated individuals with a shared vision and desire to help people achieve real sustainable results. We want to inspire every individual to achieve their own personal goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Rachel: After being over weight for many years I embarked on a fitness journey 6 years ago I was size 18 and very unhappy in my body . I reduced my body fat which in turn got me into a dress size 10 . I then decided to seek education to become a personal trainer and LDNM nutrition advisor to help others in there quest for a body they were happy to live in . I know how hard it can be. Opening body planners meant I could concentrate on changing lives. Along side two pretty awesome fellow trainers.

Jake: I decided to embark on a career within the fitness industry after my 6 years service in HM Royal Marines. Health and Fitness is a huge part of my life and I am very passionate about helping individuals and small groups achieve their health and fitness goals. Starting Body Planners Personal Training Studio with Rachel and Guy allowed me to do just this. I have the knowledge and a proven track record of helping people of all starting abilities to feel, look, move and perform better.

Guy: After training clients out of various gyms I became inspired to have a stake in my own fitness facility. We went with a studio as it provides a more personal service. By having like minded business partners I think we have established a top class fitness facility that has our own personal touch. With our main priority being the goals of our clients. I hope we can grow our business from this one starting point to become bigger and better.
