The passing of my own Mum led me into the world of care. My background is as a Primary Teacher and my whole working life was geared to ensuring that young lives met and exceeded their potential. Watching the care provided at the end of Mum's life was transformative and I realised that older people deserved this expectation too.
This is the third Home Instead office I have owned and/or managed and, whilst Portsmouth is still in its infancy, our previous two are CQC Outstanding rated offices.
We can hold all initial care consultations remotely if this is helpful to our clients and families, although we will of course need to spend time with you face to face to learn about you and your environment so that we can be sure we are providing a safe service.
We have a robust infection control policy and follow Government guidelines at all times.

I have varied experiences with the companies I’ve worked for over the years, but Care 247 Solutions is different. Sure, things aren’t perfect here!!! but I enjoy the administrative swift approach to matters, and diplomatic ways of solving problems. I also enjoy the unrelent team spirit among the coworkers, and the work atmosphere is very conducive and positive. Also, the company places a large emphasis on personal growth and the development and welfare of their employees, which makes me want to work harder to ensure our mission is successful. I love where I am presently, I love my job,and the company I work for.
