What do you love most about your job?

Working with people to find their potential and also experience the truth of life.
I also love to travel and work with clients internationally. I am lucky to have worked across Europe and Asia as well as with clients in the UK, such as the Coop Group, UK Parliament, Nike, CAF Rail and Channel 4.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was CEO of a national franchise by the time 2016 started. I wanted to focus more on the facilitation and teamworking (I had honed as director of operations) and wanted to set up a practice that helped people become confident facilitators. I believe in doing what I teach and so work with a limited number of clients each year to share my experience and enable me to deliver the highest possible and current teaching and coaching quality.

Why should our clients choose you?

I value compassion, collaboration and the sheer amazing power of people to make amazing things happen.
I have been a collaboration coach and facilitator since 2009 and Breathwork and Yoga instructor since 2020 and Massage Therapist since 2023. The interconnected disciplines allow me to provide a holistic service for my clients. Whether they come to me to focus on them, or how they work with others, clients always share how helpful they find my fair, balanced and calm approach to life.
Having survived childhood trauma and homelessness, I went on to become CEO of a national franchise before I was 30. Through these experiences I saw what was possible when we collaborate with the most unlikely of connections. Today I share that experience, strength and hope with people that they may find the solutions to their challenges in these areas.
I am fully insured by Hiscox insurance. I am a member of the Association of Coaching, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Barrett Values Certified Consultant, a Qualified Breathwork and Gravity Yoga Teacher , a full member of the National Council of Integrated Psychotherapists and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists - these bodies keep me accountable and continuously developing. I also get supervision from a qualified supervisor every 50 hours of client work.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes I provide facilitation, coaching and training online. I have a full set up with professional lighting, high definition 4k camera, professional sound microphone and multiple screens to monitor participants and deliver content.
I have run my own course for over 3 years training hundreds of people to deliver workshops and meetings online.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

In terms of Massage, I comply with clear professional standards for hygiene. I also encourage clients to bring their own towels, it also helps reduce environmental impact.

With facilitation and coaching, I ask that people do not attend sessions in person when they are feeling unwell. We should be able to take rest when we are sick. I also can bring a CO2 monitor with me which means we can ventilate. I also wipe down all materials after use.

Both elements are risk assessed.
