We needed an on the day wedding coordinator and came accross Donna Winning Events on Hitched.
Donna was quick to respond to my enquiry and we had a video call the same day to talk through what I needed. I had placed all my suppliers but wanted someone to take over the final bits and run the day for us in the same way I would if I wasnt the bride! Donna surpassed all expectations. She knows her job very well and she is very passionate about what she does :)
All comms are via a whatsapp group. I will highlight that you will need to be patient with DWE regarding responses as they do run a lot of events but they always come back (especialy if urgent) or send a placeholder comms. The week before the wedding the comms were excellent. I braindumped so many things last minute and Donna did all of it perfectly, supported by another member of her team on the day (Olivia)!
I had a clear vision and DWE executed it better than I expected. Donna looked after me all day too in a genuine caring way!

I had been based in London for sometime working for a large catering and events company as well as dipping my toe into the world of venue management. Along came a boy which led to a move to Brighton, where I landed myself a job as Head of Live Communications but quickly realised that there was a better way of operating and I wanted to do things differently. I wanted to allow my passion and creativity to drive a business that looked at the long term picture and really delivered results.
