What do you love most about your job?

I love finding out what a person needs and I love working with people mainly one to one and seeing them change and grow as a product of this. When people tell me how their lives have changed as a product of our work together that is one of the greatest feelings I can have.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I discovered the sheer joy of connecting with people and the enjoyment that working with people gave me. I love to know where you’re from and what motivates and scares you. My experience gained studying reiki, vibrational healing, breathing techniques and inner child work has provided me with the many tools which allow me to support others. I wanted to help to make a difference to people's wellbeing and found that I had the skills to do this. Through extensive travel and experience I understood what makes people feel better no matter where they're from or who they are and I wanted to facilitate change for them.

I have a unique skill set. I do stand alone in many ways because I have lived, worked and trained abroad as well as in the UK. I have had the privilege of working with and studying with a diverse range of people and I have helped people with all sorts of issues. I have a background which began with physical therapies like reflexology, massage, aromatherapy, leading on to meditation and breath work, inner child work and yoga and then to training in psychotherapy. I have a very multi layered tool box to help with most issues.
