We will not be only creating action plans on how to achieve your goals, but we will be truly healing you from any trauma that has been holding you back. There's no point in achieving your goals when you don't feel like yourself, we need to make sure you feel like you.
My service is currently all online, through phone calls or zoom. I will also be eventually opening up my sessions face to face.
Due to my services being online-based, my clients can grab a cup of tea, get their comfy pyjamas on and be at one in their own safe space. completely covid friendly.
