I’m based in South West London and specialise in Strength training. My aim is to help you become strong, robust and ready for anything life may throw at you. I compete in Calisthenics (bodyweight strength training) competitions across the UK and have competed against some of the top athletes in the country and came 3rd in the 2023 UK National Weighted Calisthenics Championships U80kg category. I aim to make my sessions fun and enjoyable whilst maintaining a focus on form and good quality movement. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I aim to empower, educate and motivate clients to feel and function at their very best. Physical exercise should be fun, enjoyable and akin to play, and this is what I try to emphasise with clients. To achieve your goals you have to be consistent. To be consistent you have to enjoy what you do.
In our sessions we focus on technique and education and I provide a personalised programme for clients to work on during the week. I have a holistic approach to coaching and aim to optimise every aspect of my clients life and to help them achieve the life they’ve always dreamed of.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

It’s no secret, but consistency and patience are what will enable you reach your goals whatever they may be. Just keep showing up no matter what, and progress will be inevitable. Everyone’s goal will be different as will their dream body, but it all starts with one small achievable habit which can be built upon and developed. To reach the top of the mountain you have to start with one small step and this is the same for achieving your dream body.

What do you love most about your job?

I’ve been on my own fitness journey for 10 years now and the impact it has had on my own life has been profound. I love the fact that I get to pass on the knowledge I have gained to others. Seeing clients achieve something they thought was impossible is priceless and is my absolute favourite thing about my job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

For the past 10 years I have had a passion and determination for building a better, stronger, healthier body and mind and to push myself to be the best version of myself I can be.
My aim now is to make as big an impact in the lives of others as possible. I passionately believe that striving to become physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually stronger is one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself and those around you. This is what I seek to promote through every aspect of my business. My purpose in life is to help others improve their health, fitness, and to reach their performance goals, and this is why I started ‘fourfiitness.’

Why should our clients choose you?

I have been mentored by, trained with, and had internships with some of the top coaches in the UK and am dedicated to being the very best coach I can be. This year I have started competing in Calisthenics competitions across the UK, competing against some of the strongest athletes in the UK. I have 10 years of knowledge in the fitness industry working with people of all different backgrounds, from athletes to beginners and truly aspire to help people achieve a healthy, and fulfilling life.

I am happy to provide online training sessions. I favour a minimalist style of training with little to no equipment required, so find clients get great results this way!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I take regular LFTs and regularly hand-wash in order to keep both myself and clients as safe as possible.
