How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

First and foremost I discuss the strategy short, medium and long term and what is needed in order to achieve these goals.

I find out what the client feels they can adapt in their lifestyle whilst developing a challenging yet realistic programme that will incorporate not only my training style but have their ownership within the session design.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

You cannot out train a bad diet, it's not to say you can't have the odd cheat meal or nibble here and there but it's a lifestyle.

Clean eating will go a long way to giving you the set of abs the 300 crunches after your tub of ice cream never could. Eat well and you will find that all the hours spent smashing your core actually wasn't needed. I know this from experience...

Not to say I won't help you develop a bulletproof core but eating well ladies and gents it really is key.

What do you love most about your job?

I love developing people, I initially thought I just loved developing young Football players but I realised upon becoming a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer that this is every bit as rewarding.

I want to make a difference, I love seeing people feel better about themselves not only physically but mentally too!.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I believe it was a natural progression from being a Fitness Instructor. I like to get put and about and not be confined to one place plus being your own boss is great!.

Why should our clients choose you?

I believe Fitness isn't just physical but a lot of it is in the mind and I aim to develop not only the physical but the mentality of my client towards movement. I'm passionate about developing people and I don't just walk away from sessions thinking about my next payment I'm reflecting on my performance and what could I do better aswell as what my client may need to improve.

I think my style of training is personable and I can be a demanding trainer yet be a listener. I'm human and I can have a laugh etc and I feel that goes a long way with people.
