I am a qualified female personal trainer and international online coach (Personal Training Diploma through Tri-focus Fitness Academy). I offer one-on-one training sessions at our private facility in Morningside/Rivonia, Johannesburg South Africa. I also offer online training via a mobile training app. The app is fully interactive and is like having me, as your trainer, with you 24/7. I am strict, however work closely with clients in order to help them reach their own personal goals. My dietary guidelines are lifestyle conducive and the training plans are fun, yet challenging. I cater to men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes. From Lifestyle clientele, to the competitive athlete. I believe your body is your greatest investment and taking care of it in a way that is sustainable, manageable and safe is the way to go. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I am a very hands on coach and believe in an honest, open working relationship with all my clients. My training and meal plans are all custom build to suit your own individual needs, as I believe that not one plan fits all. You'll be given the tools to assist you in reaching your goals, stick to the plan and remain consistent and enjoy your journey.

Watching people grow and reach their goals. My job is most rewarding when I see clients fall in love with challenging themselves and seeing the results they have worked so hard at achieving
