Achieve With Melissa – Personalised Pilates (1:1)

I am Melissa, a Pilates teacher working one-to-one with clients who want to move better, feel stronger, and address ongoing discomfort in their bodies. My work focuses on how your body organises movement — not just on exercises. Because lasting change doesn’t come from doing more, but from doing things differently and with more awareness. I work with active individuals who may be dealing with back pain, stiffness, or recurring issues, and who want a more precise and long-term approach to their body. All sessions are personalised and adapted to your needs, your history, and how your body responds over time. I teach primarily online, working with clients globally. In-person sessions (London, Zones 1–2) are currently waitlisted. Please note: – I do not offer shared or duet sessions — all sessions are one-to-one – I do not take on clients during pregnancy unless they are existing clients – I do not work with individuals with significant mobility restrictions If this approach resonates with you, feel free to get in touch. What do you love most about your job?

Understanding how each person moves, and helping them make sense of their own body.

When things start to feel easier, more organised, and more reliable — that’s where the work becomes really meaningful.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to work in a more precise and individual way.

Group settings and generic approaches didn’t allow for the level of attention I believe is needed for real, lasting change.

Why should our clients choose you?

I work one-to-one and adapt everything to the person in front of me.

The focus is not just on exercises, but on how your body organises movement. That’s what creates long-term results, rather than short-term relief.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes — I work mainly online with clients based in different locations.

Sessions are live and one-to-one, allowing for the same level of attention and progression as in-person work.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Online sessions are available for those who prefer to train remotely.

For in-person sessions, I follow appropriate hygiene and safety measures depending on the client and setting.

Well where do I start ! . I suffer from a bad back and neck . I was quite optimistic about how Pilates would work for me . However I kept an open mind , and had a course of ten sessions. And I have to say Claire is a great teacher/instructor and knows her stuff. It has helped me so much that I have not needed to have any Physio since I started with Claire . She has done a great job . Thanks a million Claire

I’ve been training with Glenn for the past seven weeks, and the difference in my fitness levels has been incredible. When I started, I couldn’t do a single full press-up, and today I managed 11! Glenn is encouraging, supportive, and a fantastic coach. He always keeps the sessions varied, challenging, and fun, which makes it easy to stay motivated. I’ve enjoyed every session and have seen real progress in a short space of time. Highly recommend!

Claire is so inspiring! She is just the right balance of kindness while challenging you to do your best (and always with a great sense of humour!) She has made the process of exercising and getting stronger something to genuinely look forward to each week. Thanks so much Claire!!
