How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Every client is different so the most important thing is to listen to my client's needs and provide them with a personally tailored programme along with the support & guidance they need to reach those goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is that there is no secret! The good news is that the body of your dreams is attainable for everyone through hard work, persistence and a good plan. Having the support of a personal trainer and nutritionist gives you the tools to get that body but also the support for the days where your motivation is low...we've all been there :-)

What do you love most about your job?

My clients! The most amazing part of my job is seeing people become happier, more confident, stronger and overall in a better place through their training and nutrition. There's nothing better than hearing someone say something positive about how they are feeling about themselves, it's the best job satisfaction you could ask for.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I spent many years doing excessive cardio and all of the diets under the sun but never getting results and when I did get results I could never maintain them. Then I stumbled across resistance training and a great PT which changed my body and mindset around exercise forever. I started my business so other people can experience the same changes and start to feel good about themselves.
