A lot of our work is making sure each client has their own programme set up via our training application - this also helps with accountability. Everyone is part of a team and we are extremely passionate about achieving the clients goals with them!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

We believe that the secret to getting the body of your dreams is trust the process. Stay consistent with the training, the nutrition. Make it a real journey rather than just a "fad". Results take time and with our help, we will guide and coach you every single step of the way. Hard work is the easy part, staying consistent is the tough part!

What do you love most about your job?

We are very social people so meeting so many different types of people, spending time with them and seeing them make a positive change in their life! Taking someone that has reached out, knowing that they need help and then coaching them to a point where they are the happiest they have ever been and look amazing! Feeling and looking good within themselves!

What inspired you to start your own business?

There are so many Personal Trainers out there that deliver such a poor service. At Fit Collective we want to break that mould. We truly care about our clients, we are a strong team with lots of different fitness backgrounds which bring different approaches to the service we provide. No matter who you train with, the service you receive is the highest and consistent across the board!
