Through sheer determination and discipline, my goal is to diminish obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions associated with inactivity. I use my extensive experience of almost 10 years, in-depth knowledge, and skills to motivate my clients to go the extra mile. Whether you gain muscle or boost your stamina, I will guide you through bespoke one-to-one sessions in-person or online. After a few sessions, you will experience the physical and emotional benefits – from getting toned to a positive mindset, and even a few muscles emerging! Along with sport-specific training, speed training and postural realignment, I also offer invaluable advice related to nutrition. What you eat and how much you eat is critical to fuel your workouts while also ensuring you consume proper nutrients that improve your strength while avoiding fatigue. In addition to nutritional coaching, I also provide massage therapy to ease aches and muscular tension, as well as pre- and postnatal training. The knock-on effects of training are impressive. By learning to take control of your health, you will discover how to keep stress at bay, lead a balanced lifestyle, and much more. The initial sessions are aimed at getting to know You. My supporting PT or myself, will assess your current fitness levels, eating habits, medical history and lifestyle. The information we gather mean that we can make data-driven decisions to get you onto a fitness program that is right for you. Depending on your package, you will get nutritional guidance with access to our platform, regular check-ups.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The key is implementing the necessary habits that will allow you to develop and create a lifelong improvement to your daily habits. I believe that Movement is King, and it is through movement that we together with you, can truly optimise your physical and cognitive performance and get the body of your dreams. The best results are often achieved by using a combination of both movement and nutritional guidance.

What do you love most about your job?

The best part of my job is following the positive changes in my clients, whether it is to do with eating habits, physical activity or general mental health. I enjoy working with my clients and seeing them getting stronger each week. It is very rewarding to see the faces of clients who previously had given up on exercising, but are now instilled with new energy and a desire to maximise their potential. Most of all, I truly love building relationships with people from different backgrounds.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Since a child, I have always been sporty - I played football and used to be a high level athlete. This led me to pursue a degree as a Sport Scientist. I love motivating people and have a desire to make something good out of the knowledge I have acquired through the years. This inspired me to take action and become a personal trainer, where I can use my experiences and knowledge to help others reach their goals or simple becoming a stronger self!

I work remotely and online, which both depend on your budget, your time, and your goals and needs. The majority of my work is based in SW18 but I more than willing to travel to you. It should be noted that I offer packages for Online and Remote personal training of different price ranges.
