How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I have been Personal Training for 8 years and have helped 100's of clients reach their fitness goals . In the first session we discuss injuries , weight , food habits, goals , current exercise regime etc and together we create a plan of what you want to achieve, how and when .
