How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

During our consultation call I will ask you a series of questions to establish what your current fitness metrics are, your current set-up and how much time you have available to work on your fitness goals. We will discuss your goals and I will then present you with a plan outlining how we can achieve these goals together.

With online clients this will typically consist of a training plan and diet goals that can be adapted as we progress through the training program. I will ask you to track your progress and we will have regular check-ins to discuss improvements or adaptations that can be made to improve your program.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There are no secrets when it comes to achieving 'the body of your dreams'. Everybody has different aspirations in respect of what they want to achieve through fitness. Whether you prioritise cardiovascular health, muscle development or fat loss (or a combination of all of these) the key is taking the right actions consistently for your desired body adaptations to occur. I will help guide you through this process.

I love it when clients make progress towards their goals and become empowered with increased knowledge and awareness to make decisions that benefit them and improve their quality of life!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Fitness has always played an important role in my life. It has not only led to physical adaptations but also helped me to feel at my best psychologically, improving my self-esteem and giving me the confidence to overcome challenges in everyday life. Not only this but it has enabled me to develop relationships with so many people in my local community. I want to help others to realise these benefits too and that's why I have set up a Personal Training business.
