I love this gym I have been going since may of 2013, its always spotless, the equipment is great, the staff have all been there ages which says more about the owner than any dodgy review on here ever could.
And rats Seriously what are you on? Rats don't go around people let alone in a lit room with electrical equipment on and people pounding treadmills and panting and puffing and pushing weights.
What a nasty thing to put in a review, google why do you let people do this... tut.
Anyway, never stuck at a gym in my life until I joined here, but this one is great and for around 20 quid a month totally accessible to all for fitness. It's no frills, no stupid faddy stuff, no pomp and that suits me down to the ground, serious fitness and well-being lovers need only apply. Joined and never looked back since.

I ran my own bar/ nightclub business before becoming a coach. Not a healthy lifestyle at all.
