As a Health Coach and Personal Trainer I am passionate about helping you to become a healthier version of you. Being healthy shouldn’t be a fad or a chore, this is why I share and use my knowledge as a personal trainer and nutritionist to help my clients find what works for them.
I am committed to your body composition and its strengths to create full body, nutrition and exercise plans that will ensure you get the most of your efforts. I offer a variety of personal coaching options for individuals, partners and groups/teams. I am also a specialist in Pre & Post Natal Exercise as well as a Les Mills Grit instructor.
Sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length chargeable at £55 p/hr, or;
10 sessions of 45 minutes = £400
10 sessions of 60 minutes = £500
Nutrition advice available for a one off fee of £80 which includes 1 hour consultation, a report and a debrief following the reports presentation.
Rest assured I am registered on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP’s) fully qualified and insured.
