I am a qualified Personal Trainer who trains men and women generally over 40 for 1:2:1 or small group training in my private fitness studio in Addington Village, Croydon and near West Wickham in Bromley. I am told i am very welcoming and put peopke at ease. i push my clients without beibg pushy. if you tbibk you’re not fit enough to see a PT thrn i’d say I’m the perfect coach for you. i will train you with your wellbeing in mind at all times. we will progress at a pace thst is right for you. My sessions are varied, challenging but always do able and designed specifically for you. i use stretching in my programmes to improve core body strength, balance, flexibility and this prevents injury. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Understanding what their goals are.
Listening to what they want from their sessions and adapting as we progress. I also set short and long term goals so clients can see and feel their progress.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard work in the gym and a very good diet.
Never giving up and realising its a marathon not a sprint.
A bad workout is the one you miss.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping my clients achieve their goals and feel good about themselves, its the best feeling!!!!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Ive not akways bewn fit, in fact i suffered with chronic back pain fir 30 years and eventually decided to take matters into my own hands and that was the start of my journeyto becoming a PT.
I trained at many gyms and knew I can do it better than the chain gyms pt’s, I don't do back to back clients but have a break to be fully prepared for my client.
I know there are a lot of people out there that hate the gym don't want to train in front of people and so in my studio it is truly one to one, me and my client. so they can enjoy their session and not feel conscious of people watching.

They should choose me if I am the right personal trainer for them, my niche is core functional fitness. I work on the core for better posture, flexibility, balance and then work outwards getting my client fit. From there they can reach their individual goals.
I am very good at motivating and spotting weakness in the body and working on those areas.
Always putting my clients welfare first before pushing them and causing injury.
Considering their best interests all time.
Its all about my clients and not me.
