I offer 1 to 1 and group personal training sessions. I also offer a 6 week fitness and nutrition course (12 x 45 min sessions). I run an outdoor Bootcamp on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings in Goddington Park and an indoor circuits class on a Thursday evening at Warren Road School. I offer all of my prospective clients a free no obligation consultation to find out a bit about themselves and what they want to achieve , as well as them getting to know me. It is very important for the relationship to work both ways so the client puts their trust in their trainer so they can achieve optimum results. I also provide a 24/7 support network for all my clients by way of text message, telephone support. I know and understand how hard it can be at times to stick to a plan so make myself available to my clients.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I design bespoke training plans and give nutrition guidance along with inspirational help to lead clients to their goals. I have a certificate in advanced nutrition for weight management alongside my level 3 REPS PT qualification. I use motivational techniques as well as constantly changing and progressing their programs to keep the client interested. Please don't misunderstand it will take a lot of hard work on the clients behalf to achieve their goals but with my experience and know how I am confident of getting results will any client.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The "real" secret is how badly do you want it? If you are prepared to work extremely hard, make some sacrifices and commit to the program you should start to see and feel results in as little as 4 weeks. It really is as simple as the harder you work on both the fitness side and the nutrition, the quicker we will get the results. I always set my clients smaller short term goals, as opposed to longer term big goals as it is a lot easier to take small steps. Despite what you read in the press and these "health magazines" there is no magic pill or quick fix to weight loss. It has to come from you!

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing people's faces when they accomplish a goal no matter how small. I have clients that came to me initially not being able to complete a single press up, and in 4 weeks they are smashing out 3 sets of 12 reps. I love having clients come to me telling me they can fit into a pair of jeans that they haven't worn for 3 years. It may sound a bit corny but I just love having the ability to help people achieve their goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business because I too have battled weight issues for a number of years. Aged 42 and 16 stone (April 2014)I realized I wasn't getting any younger and if I didn't do something about it quickly it would get harder and harder to shift the weight. I hired a PT for 6 weeks and then joined a bootcamp. I made exercise part of my daily routine and started to enjoy it instead of finding it a chore.(Yes it can be fun and I try to make it so!) I lost some weight and then set myself a goal of running a marathon which I completed in April 2015 (Brighton). having worked in the banking industry for 20 years and now finding it boring, I knew I wanted to develop the tools to help people achieve what I have achieved.
