How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I always conduct an initial consultation session where I discuss my clients goals and how I'll help them get their ultimate results.

I then conduct a full body kinetic analysis to map out any imbalances that may prevent you from achieving your goals.

I also want to find out what your body type is and what type of exercises you don't like so we can create an individually tailored workout program which you'll enjoy but one that will give you results.

As well as the training, we also look at your nutrition. I ask all my clients to keep a food diary. We then examine this to see what we can eliminate and what we can add on to enrich your diet and ensure you continue to eat a nutritious and balanced diet while you achieve your goals without feeling depleted.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Dedication, commitment, a great trainer who will understand your wishes but as well as understand your body type and how to get the most out of you.

My training is the results of 25 years of training exeorience. I take each one of my clients through a journey to get take them from their current level of fitness to their ultimate fitness through training and nutrition.

I love connecting with my clients and seeing their transformation journey. I love seeing how pleased they're at seeing their lives and their bodies change for the better.
