Went to see John yesterday after 2 years of not walking properly and putting pressure on my right knee after two oops I knew it was a mental barrier stopping me doing so. Spoke to John weeks ago about this and my appointment yesterday came and after a hour or so finished doing what seemed like just general chat I walked away after my appointment walking equal on both knees. I know this seems strange but it was myself stopping me from doing it but with johns ways he helped my break down the barrier to have faith that my knee can cope with the situation. My knee still needs strengthening but this is a huge help along the way to getting back to normal. Thanks a lot John I owe you one.

I quickly felt, I could trust talking to Fiona about my goals, knowing that she would not run off with implementing my dreams.
I had prayed about having someone who would be able to help me with implementing my goals. Just having weekly skype calls, unconsciously pushed me along with implementing. I had some serious ups and downs about setting up as a Coach. I asked myself what makes little old Me think I'm good enough to be there for others, to help them experience the same scale of growth, inner strength and manifestations of - quite frankly - miracles? And the answer is simple - Because it means the World to ME! My own story of personal growth is one to be reckoned with, but after years of being coached, attending seminars and retreats and workshops, it became abundantly clear that I can't keep all this to myself. As I was training and getting instant results in sessions, I knew I would never question whether I was 'Good enough' ever again. I can do the same for you, by shifting those limiting beliefs, you will be amazed what doors open and what possibilities lay before you!
I think it's important to really feel great about your choice of Coach. Everybody needs a settling in period, and let's face it, we can deal with some pretty serious stuff so, it's important that you actually like your Coach, let alone have faith in their ability. For those for which it matters, I have a belief system that is grounded in the idea of energy. We are influenced by the powers of the moon and the Sun and we are cyclic beings, whether Male or Female. I believe the frequency at which we resonate is the frequency at which you will get your results, your partnerships, your feedback form the world in which we live. I believe in the Law of Attraction and that when you create a strong vision for what you want you are going to set the pathway to obtain it.
