What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people. Health is my passion as I am also a training consultant. As a result, I do Health Coaching not because I have to, but because I want to. I love to see people feel better and have more confidence in their self and to wake up feeling the best the can be.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been passionate about health and fitness since i was 15. I was always the small, weak child at school, and as an adult I wanted to change that. I started training hard and investigating all aspects of fitness and health. I have found that working as a training consultant for many large businesses around the UK I have had to maintain high levels of resilience and strength with not having much time. Most PT's put there do personal training full time and this is where I am unique. As I still work in business I know what works and what doesn't when you have limited time. Some PT's expect you to live at the gym, but in the real world that isn't practical. As a result I realized I have a unique offering that busy people can follow and get amazing results. From this iamfit was born!

My focus is completely on you. You are unique and need a coach that understands your needs and can help you stay focused whilst maintaining your busy life and family commitments. As a personal trainer I can teach you the most effective way to train your body for maximum results. As a health coach I can investigate and explore aspects of your life such as nutrition, sleep, mindset and importantly get to the root cause of why you have not been achieving the results you want.

I understand what is means to be busy. I understand what it is to have commitments and time constraints. My fitness and health has been built around my career in the business world and I have that unique understanding that most PT's just don't get. I run iamfit to help people be the best the can be and feel amazing. I am constantly learning new ways to improve my own health and fitness and I believe my holistic approach to health gives your body the best chance to change for the better.
