From our first call together, Tara was very welcoming and put my anxiety and nervousness to rest with her reassuring words. I had several discovery calls all encouraged by Tara but I had already made my mind up about working with her. Tara is playful, inquisitive and genuinely interested in me, my goals and aspirations and gave me all she could to help me. I had fears and Tara helped me to understand where that fear was coming from which made it easy to combat it. She highlighted my strengths and helped me to realise where my blind spots are so I can better understand where my shortcomings come from and to work on them. Tara would send me inspirational quotes, poems and podcasts that spoke directly to me and to the topics we had discussed. She was my own personal cheerleader. I am a person who likes structure and Tara was able to adapt to me and helped me to create a step by step plan of action for getting from a place of being overwhelmed by my own goals to now where I feel more than capable of going it alone. I feel ready and have started my business and I know that Tara is someone I can always go back to and seek help advice and words of wisdom in the future. She bought and sent me a copy of a book that she thought (rightly so) would help me in my life and my pursuits. I will forever cherish this gesture. There are several things that will forever stay with me from our time together, here’s a couple: 1. ‘Messy not perfect’ - this really helped me to stop procrastinating and being a perfectionist 2. Bring value to others I am glad to have met Tara as she has genuinely changed my outlook on life and my mindset. Everyone needs a Tara in there life.

I am in Perth Australia and have had a couple of distant healing sessions with Nicola. She absolutely blew me away! After experiencing pain and stress in my body for years I immediately felt relief. I have tried every form of healing under the sun and she so quickly got to the cause and treatment. I had an excellent session with John. I firstly want to state I wasn’t a believer in therapy and had to do the session due to other factors. But I’m fully converted now. I was very angry before and would often react in ways which would have an adverse reaction in business and personal life. This would cause negative results with the person I was dealing with. But after the session it has really helped in ways for me to get my point across in a more productive way. This has helped form more positive relationships and reactions when discussing topics. In a work aspect (in sales) I have doubled my sales performance . In a relationship with my wife, I don’t bring work stress home which has helped me relax more at home and most importantly made her happier! It’s had a huge change on my life. I would recommend to anyone, even those people who are initially reluctant or had historic issues. It helped me deal with past issues from over 10years ago I had forgotten myself, but deep in my mind still causing negative memories. Thank you John

We approached Faye for counseling as a couple with the aim of rebuilding trust in our relationship and to make us stronger as a couple. Suzy helped me shine a light on my back to work issues as my maternity leave was coming to a end. I am now much more focused on creating the work I want around my family rather than resigning myself to returning to a job I don't want to do.

This was so much more than goal setting, achieving more and being better. Hadi taught me this was about feeling like you are enough already. Once we touched on inner child and shadow work, addressed anxieties and built a plan on how to deal with external and internal pressures, I could feel the shift in mindset.
