As a client, you have much greater flexibility and you can choose the right coach for you, regardless of where you live. Although I am based in Manchester in the UK, a high proportion of my clients live in other countries, including across Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. You can also be coached wherever is comfortable or convenient for you. Maybe at home, your office or while you are away on business or taking a trip somewhere. Being in a place that feels comfortable and secure means you are likely to feel more relaxed than meeting at the coach’s location. The most important elements of a coaching session are the client’s words and how they say them. A good coach can get all the information they need just from listening to the client’s voice. I offer a range of coaching packages are designed around your work and life commitments to make the best use of our time together. What do you love most about your job?

I love my job because every day I get to help people make positive changes in their lives. To me it's a real privilege to work side by side with someone as they make important discoveries about themselves, work out what they want from their life or career and realise they are capable of much more than they thought they could do. The buzz that every client gets from each session is infectious. It makes me feel as amazing as they do!

I've made it my mission is to elevate self-improvement so that striving to achieve your potential is normal for everyone. Lots of people hire personal trainers to get a better body, but they never invest in their personal development. I want more people to have the courage to open their minds to new opportunities, embrace change, make better choices and believe in their abilities.

My philosophy is that all aspects of life are important. Whether it’s your career, relationships, family, friends, health, fitness, education or interests. They all play a part in how you feel about life. We need to focus on all of these areas in order to be happy, which I called my business Life Complete. I looked at my own life and made big changes to create the life I want. My passion is to help other people do the same.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I reached a point in my career when I decided that I wanted greater flexibility and to be in charge of my own destiny and schedule. I had been through a number of career changes, ending up as Operations Director for a fast growing small business. I learnt so much through every career change, but it felt like every time I progressed up the career ladder I was moving further away from my values.

What motivates me the most is to help other people achieve their potential, regardless of what they are striving to achieve. So I decided to retrain as a coach, set up my own business and make it my mission to help people live the life they are looking for.

In order to achieve the life I enjoy right now, I had to go through a lot of changes along the way - in terms of personal development, lifestyle and my career.

I understand what it is like to get stuck in a rut and feel like you are struggling for direction - but I also know how to get through it because I have done it myself.

My clients find that I challenge and inspire them to do things they never though were possible. As well as being challenging, I'm also very supportive and friendly and I like to make sessions fun for clients too.
