This information is gathered via a voluntary evaluation questionnaire. Coaching with Justine will typically involve supporting you to understand your default thinking and behaviour patterns, the origins of these and how this plays out subconsciously in everyday life. By becoming more self aware, Justine will support you to make choices about how you see situations and how you choose to respond. This can be a deeply personal and transformational journey. Justine has formal learning in a range of methodologies (see below) and will work with you to draw on what enables you to get the best from coaching. > Postgrad level Diploma in Business Coaching (specialising in Transactional Analysis) 2014 - 2016 (This is about understanding the unconscious thinking and behaviour patterns that happen within ourselves and in our relationships with others by exploring the origins of these and learning how to manage these default patterns and making conscious choices for change) > Systemic Coaching Constellations (Foundation course 2015 and member of CPD Practice Group which has met quarterly since 2016) (this is drawn from family therapy and helps us understand dynamics of a situation, relationships or groups by creating a visual representation of how we see the component parts. This can be done online as well as using small objects in person. The placing and direction of the components is done as an instinctive physical act; this helps us bring into awareness what we might not see when working only with a 'talking' method. > Coaching with Nature (Masterclass with Association for Coaching 2020) (see Justine's video and blog links) This is drawn from Eco-Therapy and uses our hard wired connection to nature to bring new perspectives to whatever issue we are working through. This is done online using photographs or in person by coaching outdoors; in both contexts we use the symbols of nature to help us become more aware of what we have not been able to see. Like systemic constellations, coaching with nature works with us connecting instinctively with what we see, thus enabling us to access feelings and thoughts before we have cognitively processed them. Justine also uses mindfulness techniques along with images which can help settle us into coaching, whatever method we are using. See also the short mindfulness and wellbeing videos Justine has made to support people during the pandemic; these are free to access on the Flow Creativity YouTube Channel. Justine participates in regular CPD as a Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and as an active member of the Glasgow Coaching Hub (a peer run learning network). Justine also has regular coaching supervision to reflect on and develop her coaching practice. Pricing offers for 2021 are £55 per 1 hour session (usually £65), with a range of packages based on how many hours coaching you want; 3 hours coaching £150 (£50 per hour, however this can be done as two 90 minute sessions if preferred) 6 hours coaching £275 (£45 per hour, again either as six 1 hour sessions or a combination of 1 hour or 90 minute sessions) for clients wanting weekly sessions, the price is £40 per session Justine also does pro bono coaching as a Specialist Volunteer Coach with leaders of charities via Inspiring Scotland.

I love supporting people to realise their potential.

Coaching is so rewarding when clients have lightbulb moments of understanding more about themselves and others.

Seeing clients make new choices and drawing on their inner strengths is also so rewarding.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Most of my career has been in NHS where I still work part time. Coaching within NHS and with charities is usually coaching people in a work context, however the type of in-depth coaching I do usually supports people in all aspects of their lives as I believe everything is interconnected.
I therefore wanted the opportunity to work directly with individuals from all walks of life who have the common desire to overcome challenges and make positive changes.
My own journey as a coach has also led to a common theme of supporting people with managing low level anxiety, negativity and forming positive habits and self belief, so I wanted to create a way I could do more of that in my life as the ripple effects for people of overcoming these challenges can be immense.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

During the pandemic I have worked only online.
As restrictions ease and the vaccination programme continues, in person coaching may be possible. This would be outdoors in the Glasgow area using 1 metre distancing with online as back up depending on weather conditions.
