I’ve been positively impacting people's lives since 2006, working as a business and life coach. Prior to this my background was in retail, recruitment and business, leading sales, operations and business support teams. Finding the right coach is a personal thing and it's important that you connect with someone who you can be honest and have fun with. To discover if we're a good fit, please give me a call so that we can connect and discuss what you'd like to gain from your coaching engagement. LOCATION: I work online, on the phone, or face to face in Stratford Upon Avon, CV37, Warwickshire. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT / LIFE COACHING TESTIMONIALS “I now feel more focused and calm about the issues I came to see Sue about. I have more clarity and a definite action plan on how I am going to achieve my goals. I also feel much more positive about my current situation.” JO "Sue creates a very open and safe atmosphere where I feel confident to talk about and work through things. I recommend anyone to try it out and see for themselves the impact it can have in their personal lives." Suni Sanchez BUSINESS BASED TESTIMONIALS "Sue has a strong understanding of workplace psychology. We now communicate considerably better as individuals and teams, across our business. We have seen notable improvements in employee attitude, drive and organisational skills. The confidence levels of those who were notably insecure have risen considerably. Her work has been invaluable, and I can highly recommend her." Richard Collins, Director. “Coaching with Sue is like resetting the mind into a different way of thinking. It’s implemented in everything I do in the office. I come up with different ways of doing things than I would have in the past. It’s like a mental refresh. It takes the weight off my shoulders and I come out less stressed: I have a calmer mind-set and a plan in place. Is my time with Sue valuable? 100% yes!” Andrew Pyman, Senior Consultant "Sue is a passionate coach and facilitator of individuals and groups. She has a natural talent for simply holding the space for people to simply think through their plans, challenges and even career changes. Sue is also calming during times of distress, she can ask just the right question in a tone of voice that helps you to look at the bigger picture. I believe any individual or organisation seeking to employ her skills would soon see a ROI!" - Cheryl Winter, Neurodiversity Consultant and Coaching Director CONTACT DETAILS: Sue Sharp : Coach, Trainer, Facilitator Phone: 078•• •••••• Email: s•••••@••••.net LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/SueSharp1 Web: https://www.lifecoach-directory.org.uk/lifecoaches/sue-sharp

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people to transform from feeling stuck, stressed or overwhelmed and unsure of their next steps, to experiencing success on their terms, so that they are shining bright and sharing their talents with the world.

I'm able to work deeply with clients who want to make significant changes or more lightly with those who just want a bit of accountability or a place to hear their own thoughts without fear of any judgement.

I love being constantly inspired by the changes that my clients make for themselves and being a support on their life / career paths.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had always wanted to be a teacher, and now fulfil that role as a coach and trainer. This enables me to touch the lives of many people and I find great fulfilment in seeing their successes. Working for myself also gives a sense of freedom and flexibility which has been important because I've moved locations a lot to support my husband's career.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients say they find me easy to talk with, fun to be coached or trained by, and most importantly they report positive changes from the work we do together.

I've noticed that many of my clients are stressed out when they first come for coaching and in response I've crafted a 5 Step De-Stress for Success strategy. This is a flexible framework to meet you where you're at, and help you to get clarity and move towards your goals in a de-stressed way and fun way.

I love sharing this with people and helping to make the world a less stressed and more happy and productive place to be, one client at a time.

Your professional life coach will be able to advise you on the full range of coaching available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted life coach today.

You can have as many or as few life coaching sessions as you like. Many life coaches operate over the phone or via the internet so the sessions can easily fit around your schedule. Some people hire a life coach once every few months, some people have a session once a week.

Life coaching sessions will typically last up to an hour. Often after an initial assessment, sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, over email, via Skype/Zoom and occasionally through instant messaging.

During the session, your life coach will ask you a number of questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you're unhappy with and where you'd like to see yourself in the future. Although a life coach will work with you, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don't feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential.

Life coaching is focused on your present and your future. Coaching accepts your current reality and looks to improve your outcome moving forward. Life coaches are not health professionals and they do not diagnose you. By contrast, therapy focuses on your past and looks to delve into past actions and patterns. It is analytical but not action-oriented.

Most mainstream health insurance providers do not cover the costs of life coaching because it is not considered a mental health profession in the same way therapists and counsellors are.

Life coaches do not need to have any formal or academic qualifications but you may want to look for life coaches who possess an industry-specific qualification, such as the Life Coaching Diploma or Personal Performance Diploma (PPD).

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark, which shows you reviews from past customers who have used their life coaching services.

A life coach is a trained professional who aims to help and guide individuals to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. They support clients on a journey to rediscover their own strength and abilities. This can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential, managing health conditions and achieving life ambitions.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, life coaches empower clients and provide a toolkit of teachings to confidently face difficult challenges and overcome emotional barriers.

Life coaches can specialise in one of these particular areas of coaching: career coaching, executive business, group coaching, health and wellbeing, performance management, personal development, relationships, retirement, spiritual and youth coaching.

Rapport is one of the most important parts of life coaching. If you feel uncomfortable with your professional, you are unlikely to gain much from the session. It is advisable to get in contact before you book a session to meet your life coach so you can gauge how comfortable you are in their presence. It is worth talking to a few potential life coaches and ask questions.

Yes! As long as you have a strong internet connection, then your life coach can deliver sessions via an online video chat platform. Alternatively, it can be done over the phone.
