I ‘saved my own life’ through my own bloody, sweaty and teary life experiences and bruises! 25 years in a highly competitive and stressful corporate environment, helping organisations flourish at the highest level. During this I became a mum of 3. Relocated from northern to southern hemispheres after 15 years away. Divorced. Remarried. Acquired 2 more kids. And suffered from burnout. I saw too many people - including myself - punish themselves in that 'pursuit for profit', and live with regret because they aren't being who they want to be, or even who they really are. Too busy trying to be perfect, avoid rejection or make themselves better than others. Rather than simply being better, happier, more courageous in themselves every day. Definitely me. I became curious - after realising that my two most precious resources - my time and my attention - were being pulled in different directions and I wasn't holding the strings! And that my physical health was suffering as a result of my mental health (25 weeks in one year on antibiotics or steroids for stress related ailments - yup, that was a clue!). I had to do something! So I jumped - in several areas of my life which is a whole separate story! I studied, practiced and transformed my life. I deserved it. That's the short version of my story. Now I am a transformational coach, helping others to help themselves! Partnering with my clients to see how they're relating to what's going on, supporting them to think and have a different perspective, use this perspective to take action and achieve their goals. Think of me as your Thinking Partner :) I;'m a member of the INternational Coaching Federation, an ACC qualified Transformational Coach and a graduate of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

I didn’t believe in hypnotherapy and was very cautious going in but Adair made me feel very safe and calm and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I struggled with anxiety and phobias in all aspects of my life and this hypnotherapy has really helped me gain a new understanding in who I am and how strong and brave I really am. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering.
