With over a decade dedicated to the empowerment of women, my journey has been both professional and deeply personal. Over the last 10 years, my role has evolved into that of a mentor and coach, drawing upon thousands of hours of healing, learning, and navigating life's many personal challenges. This extensive background enables me to offer tailored support, helping women navigate their personal life hurdles while mastering their energy and emotional wellbeing. My passion has always been to help people realise their potential so when I see women starting to thrive and live on purpose this lights up my soul. Guiding a women back to her true essence and seeing her evolution is such a privilege.
Seeing women struggle with burnout, balancing relationships/kids/careers and living from a place of joy is what inspired me to start The Abundant Woman Circle. There appeared to be a gap in the market for female mentoring that touched on all areas - emotion, mindset, spirituality and health. In addition to this I want to show women that life doesn't need to be about the push and the hustle - living and working from your feminine energy is an asset and one that will create a life of joy.
My goal is to create a community of women that are inspired and ready to inspire many. Women choose me because I bring all four pillars into our coaching - emotion, spirituality, mindset and health.
When women work with me they can expect to be part of a community that helps you stand up, show up and contribute with authenticity and vulnerability. A community that support and holds you accountable to your desires and growth.
This community, with me, is where you are seen supported and celebrated.
Whilst services can be offered in person, at this stage I am solely doing online zoom sessions. Should you wish to have a in person session we can discuss this in our first call. Online sessions will give you the same result and do not impact my coaching in any way. In fact with online sessions I can share material with you on the screen and we can do exercises immediately.

I have only been working with Sandie a couple of weeks but I already I could not recommend her more. From my first conversation with Sandie she welcome me to the world of counselling with open arms. She made me feel at ease straight away by showing me warmth and empathy. She is relatable and very knowledgeable through her impressive career and life experience. She is a straight talker and will tell you what you need to hear. However, does so in a professional manner. I consider Sandie a friend and am grateful to have found her wonderful services.
